Brendan Cleaver is a familiar face around the NSW Strata Industry & has gained a high level of respect amongst his industry peers & is regularly called upon to provide advice to many strata licensees & managers on a wide range of strata matters. He has a wealth of experience in a wide range of strata matters including strata management record keeping / professional record-keeping procedures, strata management service standards plus has pioneered a professional process or tendering strata management tenders for new & existing strata schemes.
His company has recently completed professional strata management tenders for Taylor Grand Surry Hills, Dockside Balmain & The Abode, St Leonards, all large strata schemes with full or part-time building management structures in place & discerning committee members who were all seeking independent advice regarding changing their strata management service providers.
Brendan is the Director of Cleaver Strata Consulting based in Sydney, NSW. With over 20 years of experience serving the Strata & Legal Services Industries. Initially positioned to provide professional strata consulting services to prospective property purchasers & investors. They also provide project-specific advice to off-the-plan strata purchasers, property developers, builders & strata managers throughout NSW & QLD on a wide range of strata-related matters.
Cleaver Strata Consulting currently works closely with a large team of strata professionals including architects, surveyors, strata certifiers & strata lawyers who complement all aspects of the strata projects we undertake & manage from project development approval & commencement right through to OC & The First AGM.
